Any order placed through website will be delivered by GLS services.

Shipping costs for all orders will be charged as per the above table.

For a return, the return shipping costs are always borne by the client. (See art. 10 of the Conditions of Sale)

Delivery timeframe in Belgium :

Each item gives an indication of the delivery time frame based on the stock management. It may vary between 1 and 5 business days. Generally recorded delivery times vary between 24 and 48 hours for products in stock from the client order shipping by

For products out of stock, 10 to 30 days may be required for the order to be shipped.

Packaging and insurance:

The items you bought are packed with the utmost care, using protective materials. We take special care in packaging for a delivery in the optimal conditions. Products shipped are insured free of charge against damage and theft throughout the shipping. You must therefore verify the entirety of your order and all the items contained thereof upon delivery and in the presence of the delivery person in order to make any reservation if required.

In the event that you have any doubt whatsoever on the state or the content of the order, you are required to refuse the goods delivered. Any refused product must be returned to the carrier as a whole and in its original packaging.

In case of absence

For GLS deliveries, a delivery notice will be left in your letter box. The first time, you will be able to schedule a new delivery time by calling the phone number provided. If unfortunately, the second delivery attempt fails, you then have a period of 5 working days to withdraw your parcel from the nearest postoffice indicated on the delivery notice.

Possible loss of parcel

Despite the shipping computer tracking system a parcel may exceptionally be misdirected.

The following cases of force majeure relieve of its obligation of deliver: war, rebellion, fire, strikes, accidents and providers regular carriers unable to supply or deliver. may, including in the following circumstances, temporarily suspend delivery: disruption of the internal network, fault in telephony, disruption of Internet access (difficulty) and similar causes. The performance of the agreement shall be then suspended until corrective action is taken and/or access to the Internet is restored while the buyer may not terminate the contract or claim damages.
